In many areas, building code mandates that a bedroom have an egress window. That's why the windowless room is labeled as "storage" on the floor plan. It can be used as an office, playroom, game room, or sewing/craft room, though. Also, I know I'm a cat person; my first thought on seeing the tub in the master bedroom was, "Gee, the cats can sit on the ledges and keep me company." 😸

Love the hallway barn door and the vanity area in the master bath!! You could get lost in the master closet! But. No coat closet,no linen closet,no pantry,no built ins in the laundry.....not enough storage🤷

The Lilly II is a triple wide by Franklin which has a coat closet and linen closet as well. We can always add a pantry anywhere you'd like. Or we can customize the floor plan however you'd like.

I'm enjoying watching your tours from years ago as I am up to date with the new homes. This house is incredible! It's taken awhile and after him throwing me under a bus with his side of the family, I got roasted for my interest in modular and trailer homes... Only for the turncoat to fall in love with a huge four bedroom, triple wide home that was posted two months ago. It had a claw foot tub in the Main bath. He fell in love with it. 😂😂😂 Got 'em! 😂😂

I love your channel. These homes are absolutely stunning! Things sure have changed since a couple decades and back. We own our own home, paid for, a brick ranch built in the 80s with a lot of updates and a huge add on. We aren't looking to change that but I love looking at these new manufactured homes. Wow, Wow, Chance this is a beautiful home. I loved everything about it the color of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. I loved the porch with the fireplace. There were a few things they missed a pantry in the kitchen and linen cabinets or closet. They missed any storage space, for a home this size. I still loved it. Hi Chance & everyone. I haven’t seen your videos in several weeks. My husband was gone one day last month, the toilet wouldn’t flush, & I really messed up!!! I decided to lift the tank lid & broke my low back in 2 places. 🤭 It’s been interesting; pain like I’ve never known! Going in again tomorrow for another MRI. I’m just trusting in the Lord to heal me. I really appreciate all y’all’s prayers, & I think several churches have been praying for me also. Like that sign in the kitchen said, Nothing is impossible with God!! This is a beautiful home, love the closet & bathroom in the MB. Kitchen, Two fireplaces & a porch!! Needs a pantry & deep sink, maybe even a coat closet, but all could be added. Put a swing on the porch & put John Anderson on singing!!😄 I almost never got that song off my mind, & I went & said it again!! 🤦‍♀️ I pray you & your family are doing well & please give Cullen a hug for me. I'm surprised that there is no pantry of any kind in this home. No other closets either. However, everything else in this home is great. Love the built ins in the master closet for sure. The back porch with fireplace adds a nice cozy touch! Thanks for the fantabulous tour! There's a new verb word for ya, FANTABULOUS!!

For the first few minutes I was afraid I had seen. this one already because of the porch fireplace but thankfully not. It's beautifully unique in many ways but the main takeaway for me is....SIZE! They did not scrimp on footage in any area I could see and I love, love super large homes, plenty of room for everyone without wanting to kick anyone out haha. You are truly amazing at what you do Chance....you kept it under 20 and I don't feel short-changed in any way. A gold star goes to you young man! haha (maybe 2!)

I love the high ceilings and the crown molding make this house a want! Ginormous is my word too! I can see a lot of this house in my needs! I love the double oven position- up high for me is a must, because I have a rate chronic pain disability. I can see loosing a full meal if I have to bend down for an oven by myself, I love that this home also has no wire rack and the double doors in the bedrooms are beautiful! Love this home! The kitchen is huge and surrounding the dining room with tons of windows for natural light. So many options to customize that porch. I think I'd flip the bedroom closet and "storage" room, the you could add glass French doors on the living room side. Adds natural light, and can be used as an office or sitting room. Kinda odd where it is, as another person pointed out, needs a window for safe escape if it was a bedroom. But hey, it's perfect location for a Home Theater. I am falling in love with Franklin homes!

I was looking at that on the plan, if they switched them the wall of the bathroom would be in they way to the door to the closet. Of course a large as the bathroom is they could shave a little off of it. I totally agree the two should be switched.

So much to love about this home, and the floor plan looks easy to customize for a family's needs. I miss having a panty and a few other little things, but they might have options for those. That storage/bedroom can't be classed as a bedroom in some parts of the country, because there is no window. I would close the door in the hallway and open a door into the master bedroom and use it as a retreat or something. Love all that space! The porch can probably be customized in a lot of ways. I'd love it to be a 3-season atrium!

So many people say it’s missing a pantry but, in my opinion, that big ol’ storage room IS a pantry. By moving it down the hallway a notch it makes it possible to have that huge master closet on the other side of the home and you can walk into that closet without having to walk through the bathroom and getting your socks wet. Having to walk through a bathroom to get to the closet is a deal breaker for me. It’s a wonderful house. The only little, t-tiny thing that it needs, I think, is a powder room closer to that fabulous fireplace porch because it just looks like your swimming pool needs to go in that area and there’s no good way for the kids/grands to get to a bathroom from there without running all the way through the house from one side to the other with their little drippy bathing suits and grass on their feet. I love your running comments and exclamations, Chance. You seem like a real sweet guy.

It would be nice if the cupboards went all the way to the ceiling because with that much space above them they get a lot of dust up there and if you are short it is hard to get up there to clean.The master shower is just PERFECT with even a place to put your soap.

That's a nice looking house. That middle room off the hall can't legally count as a bedroom since it does not have egress to the outside. But it would make a nice media room, playroom, office, hobby room, or just a storage room!

Nice home. Open floor plan in public space. Great porch. Good appliance package. In kitchen, bath, and closets would go with grey or pale slate blue cabinetry/shelving instead of white and would have the same LVP/EVP flooring throughout entire home. The full hall bath should be on other side of hallway to serve bedrooms better and a half bath for guests should be in the area where the full bath is, but naturally a smaller foot print.
