I have an old angel statue that I accidently knocked the hand holding the butterfly 🦋 off of and in attempting to gather the piece I broke a clay turtle my son made for me when he was little, a cute brightly colored art project.I've moved them to a location I can't easily knock them over again just walking by with my clumsy self. The gorilla glue is so far holding on both. I love that you have hummingbirds! There have not been any humminbirds here this summer, but on the brightside there haven't been many mosquitos. There's still a plethera of bats though. The vase is beautiful. I put on music for doing dishes, otherwise I want to avoid them. I'm sorry about your dog. I hope your little dude is loving preschool.

Harli, I find it so refreshing to see you openly express emotions on this public platform. I just passed the 1 year mark of losing my big snuggly boy and maaaan. Holding it together in those moments of grief are gut wrenching. To see you speaking openly about such a venerable topic really hits home. I have a hard time connecting with those parts of myself and seeing you talk about it is comforting. I know I am not alone in this grief. losing a beloved dog is really something different. thank you!

I lost my bloodhound before the new year, and honestly the grief hits me in such waves. I completely understand just the loss of his presence in general, the sounds and sensations of him being around and nearby, the weight of his head on my lap or shoulder, the little gruuuu sound he made, his snore at night, he was my little lion and I love him so much, the love doesn’t die and sometimes you miss them just as much as the day they went, so I hope you know you’re not alone. ❤

This was the perfect time for a harli g plant chore video! I needed some positivity during this stressful planty day. 🎉🪴 We just had a hurricane hit down here in New Orleans and I had to hunker everything down for safety!! And now it’s time to clean, organize and put everything back where it lives for the summer on the back porch! ❤ 🌪️ Also, off topic but I’m so glad to hear you and your sister and back in action! It’s so hard when your sibling is your best friend and it’s sooooo devastating when life throws separation curl balls. Sometimes we need it to bring us back to just how important family is.

Cleanse wit sage and palo santo and find a little prayer/ incantation to repeat while cleansing the items. Ghosts are less likely to attach themselves to things but rather places unless the person in living life was very very attaced to the object, It is however advisable to cleanse items to cleanse it from negative energy that the item may carry because there could be all kinds of energy attached to it
