Comparison with the Russkjy Mir would be a better one... including Eastern Ukraine, Georgia , Belarus.. etc The 600 year Western Imperial colonial business models also included a 100 year humiliation of China, from which the USSR eventually helped China escape. The lesson, now understood from this and being rapidly and wisely implemented by Putin and Xi, is that building a common global mutual defence against the common vampire threat is the ONLY permanent solution.
