Hey Mark, this is another really gorgeous piece of art and it was so exciting to watch you. The red parts are like hot lava streams, the lacing is amazing and the shimmering gold makes this painting so shiny that in my opinion it already looks perfect without any varnishing or other finish. I love the black cells with the red lacings that look like glowing coals and the red cells with the white lacing somehow remind me of a nice chunk of meat LOL. Great job 🖒💖

Well I wasn't too sure about the reds but how wrong was I !! Wow wow wow. Love this. It dried beautifully. Wow I love this one and the last red one. I'm wondering if a swipe could be done with just silicone oil instead of Floetrol. Australian Floetrol is so hard to find and much more expensive. Is that the Flood Floetrol?

just saw your newest creation it is fabulous love the lacing love the cells love the way you stretched it out my question is I've fallen in love with doing having cells and lacings in my work at the same time I do not want to use silicone oil ,and don't have to wash it off to put a resin on the painting is finished what else can I use to get the cells in the lacing

Thank you. Have you got access to Australian Floetrol? I get mine direct from Australian from the Wholesale Paint Group. Failing that, how about Amsterdam White titanium or another good brand with just paint and water and try swiping with that? Haven’t tried myself but when I do a Dutch pour just paint and water I do get cells
