I have gone through this appalling abuse alone nobody as any idea how traumatic it as been and when you have not got the money for a solicitor your just left to take more permitted abuse... @@ReggiePhoto your so right honey 💕 they are all so malicious, I've been homeschooling since 2018 (the local authority last yr invited me (intruded) via letter to show them my homeschooling evidence which I lawfully declined) as I refused to engage with them ( in the last school a head and 2teachers partook in setting me up to get me in a side room ( one of the teachers had her arm across the doorway preventing MY CHILD from coming to me this was at hometime after letting all the other kids out) with no witnesses of my own with a purpose of writing to me 2 days later with a false and fabricated statement of the true facts defamating my innocent character) this was done to me for sending a foi request and putting a note in my child's reading book.. I literally went down every available channel to report this disturbing behaviour and nothing nowhere did anything about it... This is why I refused to engage with local authority... For declining their invite I've have just been through horrendous abuse ,they kept ignoring my lawful decline ,so I rang the department to speak to somebody other than the Ewo (she was the 1 ignoring my lawful decline) they put me through to her anyway.. I ended in tears explaining why I will not engage with them telling her about what the head did to me and my child) I have never met this Ewo and this phone lasted bout 5 mins (I taped this conversation)after this call the Ewo then rang the head of the school she slandered me again and together they put forth a statement and reported me to ss using the words mentally ill combative aggressive ranting irate and even used the word conspiracy.. malicious blatent liars.. (the ss dropped the refferal as I believe they knew it was malicious, they reported back to the Ewo with instructions to carry on homeschooling with no role for local authority but the Ewo didn't like that ignored the report in her persuit to fine me and order me to register my child I did not attend their court but wrote to them the Ewo had left out the relevant report from ss and that I have rights) not interested, they fined me in criminal court £957 which includes a victim charge???how twisted... I wrote and told them I will not pay 1p of this dirty fine ,I've just received another fine for failing to register my child ,£857 including a victim charge so that makes a grand total of nearly £1794 for declining lawfully their invite to show my homeschooling evidence. I reported the malicious refferal through local council complaints team ,only to go through more humiliating abuse ( what should have taken no longer than 15days for a response, the Ewo turned up outside my home with her husband pretending to look at the waste land next door she took little steps backwards to line up with my living room window making sure I could see her) so on day 27 of still waiting for a response I emailed them enquiring when my complaint will be dealt with And I mentioned the Ewo being outside my home, this is where my serious complaint was sabotaged, they took the ref num from my serious complaints and attached it to the comment I had made about Ewo being outside my home and claiming this was my complaint and that she wasn't out that day... They close ranks and multiply, gang against you , there is loads more to tell of this appalling abuse I have and are still going through I need to get this in the public domain very soon,as I believe they are coming after me again because I refuse to give in getting justice and exposing them... They know I'm a single parent without money for a solicitor and little protection it's really important people need to know what's going on 💕

Hi Peter, well done spotting that little issue!, of course it is not a crime to use a camera inside a court building, the crime involves using any film or stills to exploit any innocent people in the court, and there are several layers of court officials allow to permit photography at the discretion of the presiding magistrates. Having said that I do think the issue should be raised with those court officials because they will have had to authorise that filming beforehand!, it could not but will be done retrospectively!. This would actually compound the felony and if proved the miscreants should be charged with the jolly old malfeasance in public office crime. Cheers, Richard.

That Mitie court security officer was a snitch amd made a false allegation to 999 or 101, he also used his personal mobile phone to film/photo Reggie while inside the Magistrates Court building, which "may" have been illegal. I know no one is allowed to audio and video record and take pictures inside of a Magistrates/Crown/High Court building, unless they have been given special written permission by the judge first. I'm not sure if there are any legal exceptions to security officers being allowed to take photos and audio/video record while they are operating/working inside a court building, but if there are it's probably only under very specific and limited circumstances. If that had been me I would of made a complaint straight away to one of the female PCs that turned up on scene for: (a) Mitie security officer making false allegation to 999 or 101 and accusing (in this case Reggie) of making abusive language towards Mitie security officer when there was no audio/video evidence to prove this had been used and (b) Mitie security officer seen taking photo(s) and/video of (in this case Reggie) while operating/working from inside the Magistrates Court building.
