Definitely a perfect song. I think J Dilla produced all of their 2nd album Labcabincalifornia or at least most of it. Another great song on that album is "Somethin' That Means Somethin"

I had a chance to see them last year in concert right before COVID they were performing with Slum Village (Detroit group J Dilla was in) and Blu & Exile for a J Dilla Tribute concert in LA, but I ended up having to miss it. Wish I didn't. I think Pharcydes group isn't all together now tho its only 2 of them that perform
