My interpretation: when she's saying things about her skin, mouth, lungs and such, she's pointing out that regardless of the new age of technology, we're still natural animalistic creatures. The lies I believe she's speaking of are the unspoken lies that we are removed from our nature as a result of these advances. And running with the wolves symbolises rejoining with nature and escaping these lies.

Would you believe she was about 12 when she wrote this? The song is her interpretation of humans being too reliant of technology, as you can see from the wires on her body. She tries to run away with the wolves, like be free! But the technology is keeping her back, since we are overly dependent on it.

Aurora loves metal... you should react to Aurora and Wardruna ( former members of Gorgoroth) , the song Helvegen kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJ_Ohah-hZ6kadE Aurora's music is frequently inspired by nature. She told The Sun: "'Running With The Wolves' is about freedom and joining nature again, getting away from phones and radio and all the stuff we keep around us." Aurora wrote the song during the blood moon in 2014. She told The 405: "I just imagined the moon turning all the people around the world into wild animals, running away from all the rules, all the materialism and technology. Just being a part of nature again, running free."

Runaway is also her "first" song - she said if people want to listen to her songs like a journey they should start with this one. And I also wouldnt compare Billie and Aurora. They are both incredible women on their own - while Billie is still figuring some stuff out but she has her own principles and she judges herself and other people by them (one example: in one of her concert smo stole her ring and she blamed herself for that; not the guest - she also "booh"d on Nylon Germany when they used her face on a roboter thing which was topless [and she was 17]), Aurora already figured out who she is and what she wants - and she is telling that with her songs while Billie proccess her feelings in her music. Aurora actually tells us who we are and what we should become and how the world works kind of but she doesnt judge if it doesnt happen - she has an old soul who wants to spread her message into the world. Billie is still working on that *but in her own kind of way* (and everyone should do that) and there is a possibility that they are actually pretty similiar in some kind of ways - doesnt mean that they end up on the same road tho. Both are indiviualistic and feelers for example. And Aurora had some kind of depression once too.
