Also, it heats food much faster than the microwave it is replacing. This surprised me, but it's great. The heat is even, and (so far) no problems. I only gave it 4/5 for small spaces, as I'm not sure I would agree to that. It fits perfectly in my kitchen, which isn't huge, but it would have been bulky in my condo. I am moving up from a smaller sized microwave, partly because popcorn didn't fit well in my old microwave. It will fit in this one.

You need two sheets of paper towels and a large microwave-safe platter. put down 1 sheet of paper towel, then 5 strips of bacon, and then put the paper towel on top to cover it. 4:30 later, you're done. Go longer if you want it crispier or shorter if you want it less crispy. AND it's flat, not folded.

Love bacon, hate the mess. I think I like this, thanks for reviewing this product. Oh love to cook certain things with bacon grease. This is an excellent, convenient way to collect and reuse.
