Lorde is Our True Lord so basically at the end of 2017 she started using again and had a lot of psychotic episodes while filming the trixie and katya show, and they’re friendship was in a rlly bad place. so she chose to go to rehab to work on her health and thankfully now she’s much better and their friendship is still amazing :)

In Trixie's documentary Moving Parts, we get to see firsthand how much Katya is hurting and struggling and lashing out because of it. It's really hard to watch, but it's comforting to know she perseveres and is clean and sober now.

@@sinafazel2050 it’s like they said, she was struggling with psychosis, which can cause a person to disconnect from reality and feel a lot of paranoia, anxiety, anger or agitation, and they may experience delusions or hallucinations depending on how bad it is, amongst other things. Katya has said she was really struggling with feeling like she didn’t know who she could trust because of it, so she ended up lashing out. I mean that plus she might have been going through withdrawals which are terrible enough to deal with on their own and can also push people to actions they’re not entirely in control of or proud of. It really spoke a lot to the patience and capacity for love that Trixie has that she was able to stay through all that. But eventually katya apologized and they were able to work through it and put it past them!

It's worth remembering that Katya said in multiple places that working with Trixie on stuff like this was a highlight in the dark time, and their friendship has helped both of them get through some rough stuff. Am I sad to see this show go? Yes. But I am SO happy for my favorite biological women on scoring their own tv show. They truly deserve if. And to everyone complaining about how it's not going to be the same, you're right, it won't be exactly the same, it will be better! Everything must evolve eventually and I am excited to watch their show grow! Look, the sad truth is that KZbin sucks now. It's gone to shit. They can't even cuss on here without getting their video flagged. KZbin demonetizes everything that isn't family friendly. Anyway, it got me a bit emotional when I saw this in my notifications but then I remembered that this is such a huge step forward for them and I can't wait to follow them on this journey!

the thing is that youtube is for everyone everywhere, and it doesnt matter if you live in the us or in madagascar or whatever. so when you go to the tv, you basically say that every fan who helped building this show as much as the american fans are less important and worthy. that sucks. and i, as a not-american fan, feel really upset with all of this. also, i personally always tend to be a bit worried when things like this starts to get more money and people involved because it can destroy the freedom of our women. i agree that youtube is doing really bad with all these pro-family shit but at least here everyone can watch it from everywhere for free and tracy and katya are really doing their show
