Japanese carriers have to attack ships with bad AA and keep away from AA blobs, but they strike harder than american carriers if played right

Well theyre less dependent on RNG and torpedoes always deal full dmg... But at T10 it becomes a bit complicated to conserve planes, especially if the other CV knows what he's doing. T9 is still manageable, the Taiho is interesting.

Will you say that your top priority as CV are BB and CL then spoting dd?

No, your'top'priority is to spot dds then only you pick the closest most dangerous isolated target. Often a dd early in game, but not always. The dd guide is coming soon.
