நெறியாளருக்கு விவரம் போதாது. ஶ்ரீமதி பட்டம்மாளுக்கு அவர் மகன் சிவகுமார் தான் அதிகம் வாசித்து இருக்கிறார். ( இவர் பாலக்காடு மணி ஐயர் அவர்கள் மாப்பிள்ளை). பின் காலத்தில் பட்டம்மாளின் குரல் ஸ்ருதி 3 கட்டை அளவில் குறைந்தபோது தான் மணி ஐயர் வாசித்தார். அதே போல் தான் லால்குடி ஜெயராமன், T N கிருஷ்ணன் பெண் பாடகிகளுக்கு வாசிக்கவில்லை. அவர்கள் சொன்ன காரணம் சங்கீத சம்பந்த மானது. ( அவர்கள் வயலின் வாத்யத்தின் true tone and tune கிடைக்காது என்று நம்பினார்கள்). பாலக்காடு மணி ஐயர் பிற்காலத்தில் திருமதி MLV அவர்களின் பிட்ச் குறைந்தவுடன் அவருக்கு வாசித்தார். அவை அநேகமாக mikeless Concerts தான். ஏதோ ஒரு அசௌகரியம் இருப்பதால் தான் வாசிப்பதில்லை . Limitation of Instruments.சில பிரபல வித்வான்கள் தாங்கள் குறிப்பிடும் பக்க வாத்ய வித்வான்கள் தான் வேண்டும் என்றும் சொல்கிறார்கள். மஹா வித்வான்கள் GNB, முசிறி, சித்தூர் சுப்ரமண்ய பிள்ளை, செம்மங்குடி அநேக பெண்மணிகளுக்கு குருவாக இருந்து பாடம் எடுத்து இருக்கிறார்கள். MLV, ராதா ஜெயலட்சுமி, வேதவல்லி, மணி கிருஷ்ணசாமி, சுகுணா புருஷோத்தமன், சுகுணா வரதாச்சாரி ஆகியோர் சிலர். காயத்ரி கிரிஷ், மஹதி போன்றோர் திரு சேஷாகோபாலன் அவர்களிடம் பயின்றவர்கள். C Saroja C Lalithaa அரியகுடியின் சிஷ்யர் ஆன B Rajam Iyer அவரிடம் பயின்றவர்கள். நெறியாளருக்கு ஒரு விண்ணப்பம். ஏற்கனவே சம்பிரதாய சங்கீதம் ஒரு விதமான ஜாதி பிரச்சினையில் இருக்கிறது. இதில் gender பிரச்சினையை இழுக்க வேண்டாமே. தேவை இல்லாத வம்பு.
