What is the percentage of Agricultural lands owned by "Parpan" vs OTHERS. 2. What is the percentage of Agricultural lands owned by Scheduled caste vs OTHERS. My assumption is 99% of all Agricultural lands are owned by OTHERS and ZERO% owned by Parpan and Scheduled caste. How come OBC's are owning Agricultural lands. Will the "OTHER" group disown the Agricultural lands and give them to Parpan and Scheduled caste.

Let the government provide caste certificates as "Non Brahmin" caste certificate instead of mentioning the caste and sub-caste with that caste. When you do not have any guts to resolve a core issue, you will always hide and perform Deceiving tricks and amalgamating multiple caste groups as Non brahmin.
