Восхищён этим двигателем. Собран на тепловых зазорах, шестерни все посажены на плавающие валы. при нагреве все зазоры уходят (по этому все подшипники и садятся от руки). 9 лет отъездил в моих руках мопед на таком двигле (110сс), 70,000км и был продан. Поршневая менялась, да. Всё остальное - родное

Lifan. It's an old Honda design. These are good motors. Bulletproof. Fun to put around on. Lots of hop up parts. 55+ year old design. Nothing's changed. Parts are interchangeable between Honda and Lifan.

Admire this engine. Assembled on thermal gaps, gears are all planted on floating shafts. when heated, all the gaps go away (this is why all the bearings sit down by hand). For 9 years, I drove a moped in my hands on such an engine (110cc), 70,000 km and was sold. Piston changed, yes. Everything else is native.

one man doing the whole job instead of an assembly line perfect recipe for making an error, and no torque wrench was used nither piston or cylinder was lubricated while inserting it.

First of all ,you don't have to lubricate piston or cylinder while putting engine together , because of oil pump and centrifugal force - as the crankshaft spins it splashes oil on cylinder wall (only if there is correct oil level) and 2 - You don't need torque wrench ,it's more of a comfort than a must have . I've put together over 20 motorcycle and scooter engines without one , and nothing bad happened , you just have to use your brain

Its a 70cc pakistan motorcycle engine, don't expect assembly lube or exact torque procedures. And as far as your comment about needing an assembly line, many engine builders and Mercedes AMG would disagree.

Может ехать на отработке, может почти без масла, может на газолине, может запуститься без проблем на прогоревшем клапане, может ехать с умершим распредвалом, растянутой цепью ГРМ. Не помню чтобы приезжали с поломкой в моторе если в нём вовремя меняли масло и обслуживали. А была в ремонте Хонда каб 50, так сказать родитель этого мотора, качество металла значительно лучше. У Хонды паспортный расход 0.7 литра на 100км

One must acknowledge the engineering skills of Honda. They put together a design that produces almost 100hp/lt while at the same time will run on anything resembling gasoline, with canola oil in the sump if needed and require practically no servicing at all. All that while being unbreakable. I had an original Honda cub in my teen years, the abuse that poor thing took was beyond belief. It still ticked like a sewing machine until it was stolen.
