Worked at Parkland with this company a month or two ago; and I’m more than happy to say this company really changed my direction and my confidence in my capabilities as a person; Tom was a great boss… if not for moving out of state I would’ve stayed there till retirement if I could’ve. Place was a game changer for me; the community, actually, the family we had as a team at the location I was employed at was strong; not a day that goes by where I don’t miss it… they gave me purpose & the realization that; while I’m on the spectrum, I can focus my effort to something meaningful and make something of myself

Just started your audio book. I live in Michigan. Thank you for all you are doing to help these people! I have a 26 year old son who aged out of school this past June 2023. No job. One agency was only able to give him a volunteer paper shredding job on Tuesdays for 5 hours. The other agency, we just got our foot in the door, admitted it might take longer than they thought. My son is non verbal, which makes it harder. He is dreadfully bored at home. We have no money to start a business. I thought of baking granola cereal and hiring 80 to 85% disabled. I will keep praying for answers and searching.

i love how they're not only giving these people a job but helping them get used to it so they can actually move on to bigger job opportunities, awesome idea, very well done to them

Ive only a small lawn company but maybe thats a goal for me. I need some help with picking stuff up and clearing to mow and more. Maybe i should look for help in this area vs the usual. Any offer of help had always been from the quick fix kind. And theyd need noise cancelling headphones anyway.

There’s a clip around from at the very least 2018 of a worker from here during an interview video spraying and wiping his glasses. I can’t seem to find it.
