Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use kzbin.infoUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP . And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

Great video on what it takes to efficiently operate a business. Yes you must invest in the technology to be cost effective, competitive, and reliable no matter what your business is. No one who is paying you their money wants to hear excuses about why you are late, or a no show, or don't have the proper equipment to do a job you claim you can accomplish. Thank you for setting a great example.

I didn’t see a leaf blower. Good for getting excess water off before the final micro fiber drying. Battery powered or electric. Don’t use the gas ones, they are to loud and you could drip motor fluids from it onto your clients vehicle when reaching over them to dry them. Also wrap the tube end of the blower with a couple of micro fiber towels with some rubber bands or buy a piece of 1/4 inch foam from a fabric or craft store to use for scratch protection. Anything that gets close to the paint on a clients car increases potential for scratches. I know how I am about my own car. I really enjoyed the video. Thanks for the info I didn’t have. You got a subscribe.👍

Dope set up. You running deionized water in that tank? Good to hear the pressure washer is holding up with the low pressure water source. Ever thought of a leaf blower? Greenworks is at Costco for a good price.. or people really like the EGO one too. As long as ground is a damp from the wash you wont be blowing up the dust back on the car. There is the Big Boi Blower and the MasterBlaster Rev as well that have filters and are heated.. no I’m not making those names up 😂 (i use the BigBoi with a 30 ft hose)

As a former detailer. All I can say is don't bite off more than you can chew. be honest and upfront. Take pictures of before and after. Keeps you and customer accountable. Some cars are so dirty you can't see damages until its clean. That is always a risk. I always asked a customer to pre-wash the car before I would do a full detail. That way I can take pictures of any damage. So, in the event a customer state's you damaged their property, you can show the damage was there prior to you doing your work. And yes, some customers are VERY picky. Just be upfront set expectations. Again, having the customer prewash the car will give you a better idea of the end result will be. I only asked them to prewash if it was extremely dirty. I have also been accused of stealing property. get a go pro with a suction cup stick it on the inside of the windshield if you are doing interior detailing. Check door jams. trunk jams and under the hood. I have seen some shitty work meaning. They cleaned the outside, it looks great. You open the door, and the door jams are just filthy. Same with trunk and under the hood. Thats like taking shower getting all cleaned up but not brushing your teeth. Charging for what some detailers consider extra. No, doing the jams is just as important as everything else. Keep pricing simple. If they wanted me to do just the exterior but no the jams or under the hood so it would be cheaper. I wouldn't take them as a customer. I don't want my name associated with half ass work. I will advise them to go to a touchless carwash if they just want the exterior done.

@TropTrevTv Жыл бұрын
Mann.. 17:10 I must say.. this setup is impeccably clean and can tell you came a long way and have used many a product. I must ask tho, as a starting again detailer wanting to have all the best stuff, the amount of soaps And waxes is overwhelming .. do use the under coat soap and the degreasers and bug sprays as specific as possible ? / is it necessary or can you use some soaps for all of those as it’s similarly the same type of material on the car .. plastic and metal for undercarriage… grille .. I like zep as a good cheap one I’ve used all around the house and sometimes my car for some parts even though it’s hella strong. Same thing with all the waxes and polishes. Gonna watch some more to really define my question but anyways if you do get to this thanks a lot and keep doing great !! Your by Covina or whenever, in not far but in a whole nother valley on the other side! Bringing the quality over there
