Tip: There are actually video enhancing software commercially available, which will recognize, compensate and remove all typical VHS and other video tape defects. When I tested them, there were also 30 day free trials available. They were excellent. There is also a function where the software will reconstitute every frame by also looking at 3 frames before and 3 frames after, consolidating the available information, making it even possible to increase resolution. Alternatively, at that time there was also a service available, that would expertly process your videos for you.

I have changed my video processing techniques since this was published. I'm now using QTGMC as a deinterlacer and upscaling to 720p60.

He was an undercover CIA operative who had been warned that he was in danger. Although he had faith in his intelligence network, and believed he'd have heard about it if it was true. He was wrong.
