@@wpsociety I think 27 is not expensive since contact forms are a very important aspect. But 8 hours sounds a bit too long in my honest opinion, maybe 4 or 5 hours (but I might be wrong), thanks again for helping me with my form, it was driving me crazy!!

Good tutorial but does Sendgrid take care of everything or do you host you business email elsewhere? In which case, have you already included all the MX records to your host's Manage DNS page to make all this work?

Hi Xarah! First I wanna welcome you to my channel! Well honestly the thing is that SMTP problem is usually related to the server you're hosting your website on not to the contact form itself. For paying clients I would recommend Gravity Forms, for free Contact Form 7.

well, sendgrid was a bust. after I filled in every single detail (which I normally don't do online), sendgrid claimed my account was flagged and blocked, unless I'd provide even more details. now this flags scam alert on my end and I would never ever use their service at all. I only went with them because of your recommendation. thanks a lot :(

Don't know about your issues but Sendgrid is working awesome for me. It is very reputable company that I use for delivering to my email list (cca 9000 emails every 3 days). Have never had issue with them.

Did everything step by step. Not sure why its not working. States: There was a problem while sending the test email. An issue was detected. This means your test email was unable to be sent. Typically this error is returned for one of the following reasons: - Plugin settings are incorrect (wrong SMTP settings, invalid Mailer configuration, etc). - Your web server is blocking the connection. - Your host is rejecting the connection.

hey, need your help. we have loaded the SMTP in wordpress and it's active. BUT the contact form 7 on my website still will not send. When we hit the SEND button it does nothing. If you sent a test email to gmail email address it would go to junk! If you actually write the message and use right email in it it will go to Inbox. Sometimes if subject sounds spammy it can still go to junk but in general everything that is not suspicious or happening repeatedly will go strait to inbox.
