This doesn’t make sense. If the max winds are 100mph it would be categorized as a cat 2 since that wind speed range is 96-110 cat 4 is 130-156

Cant you people focus on the caribbean for once????? The hurricane is hitting the carribean less than 30 hours and you ppl focusing on America!!??
