[WR] Duke Nukem: Time to Kill Any% Speedrun (

A very nice improvement, pushing the game to sub-36. Many thanks to WagnerBrasil for discovering the Duke Hill Skip that can save around 90-100 seconds if done quickly (5:32 in the video) and also for making me realize I was a dummy and should've used death warps more often. The one in Pig Factory I figured out on my own, but the other extra ones are his work.
Time to Kill has a death warp now after the last crystal, so for optimal results you want to reach the last crystal with around 10-15 health. (3:52)
Duke Hill gets ignored with the new skip (5:32) - however this means we have 100 less Gatling Gun ammo - this will get remedied at the end of Gold and Guns
Miner 69er is the same as it was before, as is The Reaper.
Gold and Guns has one death warp saving the backtracking after the last gun - it also means not picking up the Atomic Health next to the Jetpack.(11:00)
Obey or Die has one small death warp after the first crystal. I threw the bomb with too much force so I had to use two. (13:16)
Family Jewels has a death warp after the first jewel, saving on having to swim around the whole castle. (16:20)
Resistance Is Feudal went really well this time, with an almost sub-3 time.
Holy Terror has no changes.
During Wing'ed Death I accidentally picked up a crossbow so I tried to get rid of it right there - shame all the shots missed.
Pig Factory death warping eliminates the RNG associated with how many times Duke turns the valve, which is very handy. (26:40)
Hog Heaven has one additional death warp after the second skeleton key.(28:40)
Let the Games Begin went pretty bad, both the arena and then dying needlessly near the end.
Blood Baths is still the same thing, as is Moloch the Gatekeeper.

never understood why some reviewers shit on the controls in the this game, it's almost as if the idea of needing to strafe in a shooter somehow escaped them, speedrunning aside, even playing tactically i never found this game all that difficult even on Death Wish, all that aside, Awesome speedrun!!

Wow! What an awesone and also fun World Record, man! Many more death warps improvement! Good idea to take the death warp in 13:16 . It doesn't save much time but it definitively saves Jetpack fuel. 16:20 is brilliant! (notticed that your back route now is closer to mine at least partially lol) 28:40 Also very handy, you didn't even have to waste a pipe bomb, since it's lava. As didn't have to avoid the fires flames before. It's important to mention that each new death warp saves fuel and jetpack, and the need to grab healths, avoid shootings killing enemies and so on, And I will be trying to abuse it in my next runs. Fun fact: With the Duke Hill Glitch it becomes like an issue "to have to" take those dynamites haha, it caused me trouble to accidentally throw them in some runs. These runs become funnier as now we have a chance to show more the magnificent visual effects of duke exploding throughout the run, which would be so nice in a marathon. The one problem I see in your runs, they are too good, Bro. DIfficult to beat ROFL. But I will try! Big GG!

I guess he plays with ePSXe or another emulator of the sort, which allows you to map the buttons of xbox controller to the PS1 dual shock controller ones.

@@beincheekym8 you can easily pair it up with any pc since microsoft made it I think the 360 controller you need to use the charging cable but the xbox one controller 🎮 can be paired using bluetooth pcs can run alot of emulators this looks upscaled too though looks great

I had too much health left so I waited for the turret to damage me enough. I figured it would be faster than waiting for the lizard near the blue crystal to shoot me that many times.

As a young kid, was 8 or 9 when this came out..lmao i used to hope my mom never saw the cutscene wit the strippers or the strip club in game..this game was mad fun tho man i had the strat guide, gameshark and normal in game cheat codes..back in the day cheat codes were so much fun.. i remember playing res evil 2 also very young on release and i never got too far into the game but GameShark had codes to change the gun in ur inventory to like any other gun w unlimited ammo, then i finally beat the game back then.
