What's the difference between stone ball and speedrun balls other than color and texture?

The amount of grippyness you have on the surface of the ball. But most importantly the speed at which you can push the ball upwards!

Having never played this game, where does the challenge come in? Is the ball insanely heavy or something? Is it super hard to keep the ball balanced with the controls? Can the ball pop like a balloon?

Thanks for the interest! The ball is hard to control, if you lose grip on it and it rolls down, you better hope it snags behind some obstacle or you will lose multiple levels of progress, sometimes even all progress. And every obstacle that hits the player himself, creates a second of stunlock, most likely resulting in the ball rolling down. But I'm glad I made it look easy! :)

Yes! Mostly because of the dev adding this green emerald ball that’s inherently faster then the blue one… but YES!
