For that transmission, is the shaft next to the sprocket shaft sitting about 3/8’s lower than the other shaft?

@@YD5X Don’t worry I sorted it out, not many rebuild videos however the owners manual shows the diagram and it is slightly offset, as do other rebuild videos. Crankcase is back together nice, finishing it off this weekend
