Hi I just want to thank you Zoe for sharing the detailed thoughts behind your anxiety. I've never met anyone with the same feelings of being trapped, emetofobia and the fear of letting people down. You have the exact same symptoms that I've had for almost 10 years. Seeing you overcome your fears in these vlogs and vlogging your normal life makes me feel so hopeful. I am just the same. We have everyone’s cards bought, written and ready to send for the entire year. We have two boxes one for Christmas and one for birthdays or events. We have a stash too of cards, tissue paper, gift bags etc on hand as a just in case. 😂 we buy dinosaur paper for my sister in law. We always love to go crazy with the wrapping to suit the person too. From gamers, Harry Potter, dinosaurs etc. it’s always a good laugh to see their face when we hand items over. Ottie looked so cute in her Elsa dress! Looking so grown up. Xx

we've had that gtech had held hoover for over 5 years, it is amazing!!!!!!, the only thing i would say is fluff and cobwebs get stuck in the brissels, so needs to be cleaned regularly.

I keep a stock of wrapping paper and cards for all occasions. I also use a spreadsheet with all birthdays and another spreadsheet with ideas. I take note of conversations with family and friends and then refer to my spreadsheet lol.😊

Just an fyi, you can always go to a local custom framing shop and have a matt cut to size. As a pro framer, I would suggest taking the photo/art and the frame it will go in so they can measure. That said, the wrapping paper was an adorable idea 😊
