Sadly no, Mitsubishi retired in 2006 i think and Subaru in 2009

+doctor zaius Honda never took part in wrc, however, a lot of rally cars are hondas, not in the professional scene, mostly in the amateur one because they are cheap and relatively fast. And it has been a long time since Skoda mitsubishi and subaru didnt participate.
