The accident wasn't his fault since he was rear ended. He might have to pay his deductible, but other than that, the other drivers insurance will be paying for every bit of it. Not to mention he said they went to the hospital, if you injure someone in an accident and you are deemed at fault, your insurance will go through the roof. This other drivers premium is going to skyrocket because of this wreck.

RacerX780 Everytime I see a Lambo, or any exotic, I make sure and record it with my phone.....I also make sure that I'm NOT looking at the fucking phone as I record and DRIVE, and I try and stay as far back as possible. A Lambo, or any exotic is the LAST thing you want to get into a wreck with. I'm extra cautious when I see exotics because EACH and EVERY part of most Exotic cars are expensive. Hitting an exotic car..........your insurance company would be sooooo pissed. Too much money to fix even the smallest issues.....lol
