While the shows where not always great, WCW did have a huge win with taking over the relationship with MTV that the WWF used to have. Remember MTV was still relevant at this time in part reflecting and setting the tone for what was "popular". I remember they did the dating show with Buff Bagwell and that was funny as F.

But if they aren’t going to show off the best wrestling the company has to offer, as WWF/WWE did when they were on MTV, then what is the point? The aim is to attract more new fans, right? Is Bryan Adams and his snowflake trophy going to accomplish that (no offence to the guy)?

EDIT:I think I found it. January 10, 2000 Nitro. Jeff Jarret Wrestled 3 old wrestlers (like Snuka and Tito Santana) and it also featured Bret's final match before his Mania brawl with Vince. Original post: For a WCW Blunder I have this hazy memory of a WCW show where Jeff Jarret (Already in his Slapnuts gimmick) wrestled like 3 or 4 matches in one night and lost all of them. At the end of the show he was like bound to something and some other wrestler shoved a bar of soap(?) into his mouth and that show ended, I think that happened because of some stipulation? Considering this aired on Russian TNT with a local overdub I have no idea what WCW episode it was. I just think it was also around time 3 Count Tag Team was a thing, and I think it was before New Blood. If anyone could shed more light on this hazy memory I'd be grateful.
