I recently came across a match on KZbin from 1988. The Islanders and "High Chief" Afi vs. Outback Jack, another jobber, and a young Steve Blackman. Haku and Blackman only faced off directly for a few seconds, almost as though they realized if they actually fought the entire universe may explode. I never knew that match existed though, and thought it was a cool random matchup to find.

8:15 I’m guessing WCW didn’t fully commit to Lodi and Lane as an actual romantic couple. If WCW had, this likely wouldn’t be the first time I’m learning about this storyline. Now onto Austin's last title reign during the war. The next time he wins the title will be at Wrestlemania X7 which takes place six days after the war ends. Billy Gunn's push and the beginning of his feud with the Rock which will send him crashing back to tag team wrestling. They were really trying to make Billy Gunn happen here. If memory serves me right, I believe we are close to the end of Flair being the kayfabe WCW president. I can't remember if that happens before or after the next PPV.
