i'm kinda glad vince isn't apart of the wwe anymore like while he had his moments playing a great heel and has been apart of so many memorable segments, dude abused his power if he didn't get his way and he ends up punishing those that aren't deserving of punishment, when some wrestlers made things great by going off script and not going the way he envisioned

Deservedly so. Dusty giving Stephanie a taste of her own medicine will always put a huge smile on my face. Stephanie McMahon was the most insufferable character in WWE from 2013 to 2017. Much like Michael Cole during his dreadful heel run from 2010-12, she was just nothing but go away heat because every single segment with her was so frustrating because the way she would always make herself look like a million bucks at the expensive making other wrestlers look foolish. Those were some very rough times.

BECAUSE THEY ARE SPORTS ENTERTAINERS!! although WWE is promoted as pro wrestling WWE is NOT professional wrestling. Professional wrestlers are ACTUAL amateur wrestlers, Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar, or can at least perform amateur wrestling like HBK, Austin, the Harts or Benoit could, these new WWE dudes are amateur stuntmen AT BEST. It is actually extremely disrespectful to real wrestlers and the sport to call those fuggin dweebs that can’t even correctly execute a simple grapple lock up, wrestlers. They take themselves TOO seriously and so do y’all and that’s a big reason why it’s so corny now. Smfh

Somehow, that one thing changed the course of the entire wrestling world. Like how are you upset with someone for winning a "shoot" fight? If they wanted to push Dr. Death, they should've just booked him to ACTUALLY WRESTLE instead. In the aftermath, 2 careers died because of the Brawl for all and Vince Russo is to blame for it, because it was his stupid ass idea in the first place.

The Curtain Call had a ripple effect that actually probably gave WWF a far better outcome if they had just stayed the course.

Bro they did Bart Gunn so dirty. All they had to do was say "Make Dr Death look like gold and we're in the money" but they ruined that poor guy for doing a good job.

Expecting Dr. Death to win a real tournament with multiple fights against large athletic opponents simply because hes a "legitimate tough guy" and did some wrestling shows how truly out of touch the WWE is with real martial arts. They have no clue what a real fight is. Look at the size of his opponents even an untrained guy whos that big could land a lucky punch and KO someone cold. Especially when his opponent is also untrained

I was hoping to see the Big Cass segment on this list because he was red hot at the time and was being pushed well. That was a great era in WWE. Also, about the Bart Gunn WM match. Gunn wasn’t booked at all following brawl for all so any momentum from his win already was squashed immediately. I don’t think they knew what to do with him after the win since it wasn’t the plan. WWF was heavily involved in other stories at the time so I don’t think their priorities were on Bart which was a shame because it could have skyrocketed his career. He seemed to do really well on the mic.

People like to say the montreal screwjob gave way to the attitude era, but really it was the curtain call. I guess in actuality it was probably a little bit of both. What a great era that was. I remember flipping back and forth between raw and nitro and smackdown and thunder. Im glad i was a kid during it.
