WREXHAM (A) - CRAZIEST SCENES EVER!?!

Swindon travelled to Wrexham in League 2 and what followed will go down in EFL history as one of the craziest games ever played. Scenes as seen from the Swindon away end.

As a US fan of Wrexham I was kind of thinking of not watching the rest of the match when it was 4-1..but then I watched the rest and it was crazy. Great video as it was interesting to watch from the opposing side view of things. A lot of the Swindon fans with the facepalms as the score got closer and I saw one Swindon guy doing the "surrender cobra". Again, great video and nicely done.

Loved the vlog and it's great to have proper away support at the Racecourse. What a bonkers game of football that was. As a Wrexham fan in the Tech End behind the goal, some great goals being scored and some shambolic defending too from both teams. Loved to see the pain on your face at full time, as that what Wrexham fans were like in the first half and at halftime. This vlog confirms it was handball and we should of had a second penalty, but then it does look like Elliot Lee was offside in the ensuing chaos to score the equaliser, so lets call this even 😉

Wrexham fan here. What a fantastic game of football. I was sat behind the goal, and every time Swindon got the ball they looked like they would score, and they pretty much did. Our defence was shocking. The EFL doesn't seem to be as straightforward as we thought it would be. The Swindon fans were loud and proud, and a credit to the team. 😂 I’ve watched all of the vids of this game and this one is the best. It captures the joy and heartbreak of football from the fans view. Ok, I’m Wrexham but look, whatever you think a point at the racecourse will prove to be a good point trust me. We won every game here bar a single draw last season and once we learn to battle better in midfield we won’t drop many points at home. We’ve all been there trust me 😉 but that felt like a win.

Swindon fan here, last time I watched STFC v Wrexham it was 1979 in the old Div 4, I stayed at my auntie Gwens house in Wrexham, she lived in Sandlewood drive, No 44, with the green curtains.

Wrexham were up in the old Div 2 in 1979. Not back in Div 4 till 1983/84. We did play you in Div 3 1977/78 season 👍
