We went to our local Morrisons this morning, absolutely packed!! Queued for 20 mins at the till, people queuing all the way up every isle - almost impossible to get to the shelves!! At least it's done now, just a quick trip to the butchers to collect the best hamper in the morning and a few desserts from Iceland then all be ready! hey Ashley I got in about 45 mins ago from Aldi just uploading my haul its wasn't that busy at all but there was quite a few bare shelfs ha!! I find it so crazy its funny!! even Danny was like its like the walking dead episodes where the shops have been looted!! but the shops are shut for one day!! lol I bet thats nice getting direct from the butchers I mite have to try that for next year!! bet its so nice to order what you want an just pick it up!! thank you an hoping you and yours also have a wonderful Christmas and a happy healthy new year xx

HelenMarieWright We have never got a meat hamper before but thought was worth a try! We use Crawshaws (not sure if there around in the south) I think it was so busy as most people shop on a Friday weekly anyway. I managed to spend less than £100 as I've been buying bits all month. Just baking now, mince pies, jam tarts and Ploughman's rolls xx

when we made snowman soup hot chic, we put in the cone bags tied it off cut the excess off and then put in another cone bag so the hot chic doesn't mix with anything else, just a quick tip. xx

Polish gets any sticky residue off! I tried allsorts and polish by far is the easiest! My brother in law sellotaped every household item i own when he helped us move i was not impressed 😂
