I agree that Disney world needs way more breakfast options, especially cleaner options in the parks! Like the resort food options dont open until most people are already on the way to rope drop and then nothing in the parks opens for food until 10 or later so Im glad they are doing that at Satu'li

Fantastic content, as always! I had the hash and loved how it danced on my taste buds! I don’t hold it against them because theory are such a unique option!, but the meat tasted like a stick of beef jerky. Perhaps your idea of an egg would kick it up a notch!

I will eat the breakfast salad with the frittata. I always thought it was too weird until I traveled the world with my job. That's when I realized how powerful the egg, pork, and wheat lobbies in the US really were in the 50s, 60s, and 70s. It's only in the US and the UK where only certain foods are acceptable for breakfast. In Asia, breakfast frequently includes salad, rice of some type, and meat or seafood. I like that we're starting to see a breakfast shake up in Disney World! It is a small world, after all. 😉

Epcot used to have a full breakfast crowd with tons of good options at Sunshine Seasons, but since 2021 it has been a ghost town at Sunshine and breakfast there isn’t what it was.

Not there for breakfast, but the Disney website has a menu of plant-based dishes and where to find them that would definitely fit your dietary needs. The canteen has more options for lunch and dinner. You can also email or call and request a special meal to fit your diet/allergies, but you have to do it 24 hours in advance and is only at select restaurants.
