This is what we do every single time before our practice. So beneficial to keep things healthy and moving, especially with most of us working on a computer or experiencing wrist pain time to time. This will help! 🙏

So a daily wrist warm up and a daily rollout is ideal for yoga/life?
@erinmumma86303 жыл бұрын
I am grateful to you for bringing emphasis upon the wrists and forearms! Wow. I am baffled why so few people who teach about the body or teach any kind of fitness ignore this crucial and helpful work. I am a massage therapist/body worker and practice martial arts - this help is well-received! I will recommend to my clients and colleagues! Thank you, Bre🙏

I am an older adult who has been knitting since I was 9! My hands give me a lot of trouble now so this was wonderful. Thank you. After one time they feel great. I will share with my knitters!

This exercise is excellent. I felt clicks where I never felt them before. My wrists and forearms feel light now. Il do this daily before practice and see how they improve. I work with stone and have problems for years with wrist pain. Most recently I've also had tennis elbow in my right arm. Thank you for your guidance 🙏

Two things: May want to point out the depth of musculature in the forearms: top layer for flexing/extending wrists and deeper layer for flexing/extending fingers, and play about with observing this while you work out the tension and warm up. Also, any suggestions on conditioning knees for kneeling? Mine become whiny and hateful after not enough time... Thanks much!

Thank you, Bre. I've been having wrists problems for almost 10 years [severe tendinitis] and many therapies later I'm still in pain. This is really helping. You mention another video on 'wrist release' but I'm not able to find it. Would you mind pasting a link in a comment? 🙏

where can I go to get more sessions with Bre as the instructor, I find that her pace and instructions throughout the sessions she leads to be more claiming and not as frustrating
@BreatheAndFlow4 жыл бұрын
frustration is what you create in your own mind as a response to what is coming from the outside (the video). by meditating more and practicing more you will overcome that, but it takes time. a different instructor will not remove that problem for you from the root, you're just escaping working on it. if you want more classes with bre then look through our channel and pick the ones where you see her in the thumbnail. we also have more advanced and exclusive classes on patreon (link in description). great job practicing today, keep up the incredible work 🙏❤️
