I watched this when it came out a month ago.. a week later a patient presented himself with severe wrist pain after falling from his bike and landing on his hand. Afterwards he got an x-ray, and apparently there was no fracture. 3 weeks after the fall he's still unable to perform easy tasks like turning a key or grabbing a cup. I rememberd this case study (and shetty et al.) and palpated the scaphoid which was highly painfull. The patient got checked again (this time MRI) and he had indeed a scaphoid fracture. Needles to say that your content is having a massive, positive impact all over the world! :) Thank you for doing this!

Nice case. Shame ED did not refer to a fracture clinic or vfc. Sounds like a textbook scaphoid fracture clinically.
