Thank you! Effectively would deload until patient can find a level of activity which is comfortable enough for us to build up from. And from there it is an ongoing process to build back up. For example, if normally running 5km is painful, could drop to 2km if patient finds this comfortable. Then continue with 2km until patient feels ready to progress to 3km, and then gradually build back up to 5km. It’s trial and error and based on how their symptoms progress!
