Thanks for the video. I have a question. I workout in the gym being with hypermobile joints. I feel pain and stiffness in the left wrist if I lift heavy weight mostly after bench press. Please suggest what can be done to overcome this problem. I cant lift heavy as all of my joints pain like ankles after leg press and SI joints after reverse curls on leg days. How can I strengthen the joints so that I can lift good weight? Thank you in advance.

Are there any benefits for general populations if these are incorporated into a program, they look useful and interesting but not sure if much use for gen pop? thanks

Sure, I would use it with someone that wants to work on forearm endurance.

Depends on the goal, likely higher reps for endurance. Anywhere from 15-30 depending on goal and experience.
