It really was ! Only thing was to make a small hole puncture for the drill to stop it sliding off the pipe , and be careful not to put the drill through your hand accidently when doing that step! But otherwise very straight forward. We used it in climbfit this morning with some great results!

Great video - inspired me to make my own, they're sold in the UK but pretty pricey. Made mine from a 60mm ash wood cylinder/dowel, worked a treat! How did you get on training with yours in the end? Did you notice good results?

Hey! Definitely noticed improvements, particularly campus board slopers. I used to avoid sloper rung campussing, felt way more solid on the crimp rungs. After a month block with the WW they began to catch up, noticeably. To be honest I haven't done a solid block with the WW since as I moved into my van to travel and climb and its in storage. :) The most awkward thing about training the WW was my left and right having different capabilities on it, so i ended up using my larger one on the right hand and smaller on the left so I could vary the weight without having to reweight them every side. Glad to inspire mate! Good luck with it!
