Just wanted to say that I am watching this video for my Grad school program course on special education. I am going into general education but learned that the general education teacher has a very important role in the IEP team and this video is really great at detailing the process of creating an IEP. thank you for this

You are awesome! I just found your channel and I am SO glad. I am an Elementary Ed/Special Ed Major and where I live it has been really hard to be placed for observation hours. I was struggling to find good videos that will count as observation hours for an Assessment of Student with Disabilities class and so many of your videos have been perfect! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

Really great perspective. I’m a first year Ed specialist (intern). Reading a book called The A to Z’s of the IEP. Your vids are awesome with that book. 🙏

It use to take me forever to write IEPs when I first started teaching. Now it only takes me less than 2 hours to write a good effective IEP. 😊

Hi, I just came across your youtube channel. I must you are awesome ❤ I was in search of videos to understand more about IEPs. I am Nigerian, and most schools dont have an IEP for individualised students. This video gave me an understanding of what an IEP looks like and what it should entail. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I hope to become a certified IEP planner so that I can help schools with pupils who need one.

I am six years in and am always looking to better my IEP's. I am in a very different setting where writing an IEP doesn't fit in a regular box. I always trying to bring it back to my students going back to a public school. Your information was very helpful to me. Thank you!

This is an incredible video! I am a second year teacher and am in a supervisory role already. 😂 This is helpful to help me better understand basics because I am very type A. Thank you! The most important section for me is the PLAAFP/ PLOP/ Present Level. That will tell you all you need about the child and how to service them. Thank you! 🙏

Hi I am an IEP teacher who's still learning how to fill out IEP forms. Though I am from Micronesia, I am pretty sure the IEP format here are based on US standards...but I don't know which state our Special Education in Micronesia gets their manual from. Thank you for this. It has helped me tremendously. Can I ask a question? Isn't IEP a private matter between the student and the teacher alone?
