I wrote the original verses, which end with “Debugging some assembly”, in 1988. Posted a printed copy on the wall of the University of Waterloo Computer Science Club. Somebody posted that on Usenet, and it’s spread around the world. Not sure where the ‘new’ verses came from, but it’s cool to hearthat this is still around decades later.
