I am so excited to know that you are writing the second book. I devoured the first one and am now just waiting on my physical copy to come from Broken Binding. I can't wait to see what you do with the story

The perfect writing spot... I was there 2 days ago too - saw a table free in the alcove, bought my coffee, headed down the stairs - and TWO tables in the alcove were empty but 'reserved' by people who had dumped their coats and bags there, to 'claim' it while they then went to get their coffee. Very inconsiderate. So do go early in the day - also there's scaffolding up at the front of the store, so that probably blocks the view a bit. Commiserations.

It has great views indeed! (The Princes street one) George street one was great - and was close to the book festival back in the day.

I love the writing blogs so much. Keep it up! I always wanted to be a writer but I don't have a good idea for a story yet but these videos make me want to at least try it even if it will be a shitty and nobody would ever read it 😁

Great vlog. Another idea to catch typos is to get the computer to read the book back to you. You use a different part of your brain when you listen.

I’ve heard this too! I’m sure Word has a built in feature to do this
