Congratulations, Carson! Onwards and upwards! I want to thank you for encouraging me to finally write down the little stories I've been telling myself every night for many, many years as I try to fall asleep. (It turns out there are dozens of them!) I also have "ideas" scribbled in notebooks and on random pieces of paper, on my phone's notes app, etc. I've started to bring them all together in a master list, then I'll create an outline for each. Most of this stuff will most probably come to naught, but who knows? It feels good to get it out of my head, to do something creative. As a translator, I'm a "word juggler," always playing with other people's ideas… Perhaps the time has come to do something with mine?

Carsen, I congratulate you on your draft. Are you ever going to have this book published?

I hope to! Once I have a complete draft that I'm pleased with, my plan is to start querying literary agents and try to go through the process of getting traditionally published :)

Are you planning on becoming an independently operated freelance author. 😊

I've gone back and forth between the idea of self-publishing and traditional publishing! I think I'd like to try to get traditionally published, even though that's harder and takes longer.
