I agree about the music, but not her hand movements. That's the way she communicates and I have no problem with it.

Good advice. If you could cut back on the music and the hand movement it would help with the important message.

The answer does not start until 2:25. Written information last less than 1 second on the screen. The music is too loud. Like a novel, you should not make people wait until the end for 'the good part'. There should be something good right away.
