Wow, I really enjoyed all of your videos! I’ll definitely try to implement this outlining approach in Obsidian. I especially liked when you tick off the bits of excerpts that you used. Because you kind of keep the source’s (curated) context in place, great idea ! Can’t wait for you to make videos again :)

I downloaded your template. I will try organizing my thoughts before writing a paper with your template. Thank you very much.

I had a link to it in the information section. Very sorry if it’s not working. I’m out of school and no longer keep it up. Good luck to you!

HI ! Thank you for the video ! However, I still struggle while importing a document in the database. Your template including the author's question, the answer, the school of thought as well as the 'Notes' part doesn't show up. Do you write it manually evry time you import a new source ?
@Jamie-so5jg2 жыл бұрын
I guess I wasn't exactly very clear. I don't actually import the source documents themselves. I make a card for each source and add the citation from a citation manager. If you are using my template and make a new Source card, when you open it, you'll see a template for "New Research Source". So no, I don't manually write out those questions for every source - it's a template. Does that help?

Greetings Good morning. In the spirit of learning more about Devonthink pro, I wanted to know if it is possible to make a video where you can talk about the footnotes and the intimate relationship between Zotero and Devonthink pro. Now I am doing a doctoral thesis and I think it would be very useful. Also, how to backup Escribner to external SSD disk. Thanks a lot

Sorry but I've never actually used Zotero or Escribner so I wouldn't be much help. I wish you all the best with your doctoral thesis!
