No you can't.. I'm pretty sure in V the cops only show up when someone has a wanted lvl. They don't drive and walk around like in IV. I really missed that in V.

Actually, this happens with any outfit, and with every other gang, excluding the friendly ones (Russians from working for Faustin till Dimitri's betrayal, Jamaicans after working for Jacob, and Irish after working for the McRearies)

I know that the Russian gangsters (and other gang members) will always stop and keep telling Niko to leave if you walk or run into them, while other pedestrians normally just say something such as "watch where you're going" and walk off. But apparently, when you're wearing the Albanian outfit or the balaclava, you don't even need to walk into them to get the Russian gangsters pissed off.

Is not really slow if you know which kind of attacks you have to do, you literally can defeat your enemies with just 3 punches if you use the right combo or know your timing when trying to do a counter-attack, that's what I like about GTA IV's melee system, NPCs gave a proper fight and you really had to learn how to defeat them when fighting many of them, unlike GTA V where everything regarding the combat is extremely arcady, forgiving and with no variety whatsoever, it's just so painfully easy and boring, you literally can kill them with a single b*tch slap, lmao.
