Great analysis, Prof. If Ruto listens to common mwananchi and makes a deliberate paradigm shift, 2027 will be a smooth sail. Lower taxes, use the available resources well, make medical scheme work, minimize or extinguish strikes to zero, reduce cabinet by half, enhance security, make education challenges history and the rest they say is history. Ruto, more than any other presidents has a rare opportunity to win the second term with much ease, but he just has to do the right things.
