The state can jail her for Penal Code 148.5 for false reporting of a crime, as well as in Penal Code 118 PC more commonly known as perjury for testifying in court. Being a woman is truly a blessing in today's generation. The society puts you on a pedestal, you get opportunities, get more preference due to "diversity hiring", you get respect from people for doing absolutely nothing but being a woman, people listen to you, people give you attention, people sympathize with you, people help you in tuff times. If you wanna earn, you can get opportunities for that, if you don't wanna earn, just marry a guy and your finances would be taken care of, .............etc.
