Love this kinda format with plenty of ride footage. And great to hear the build quality is better than the Begodes. Hopefully with them being so close, Begode can learn from EB. Or maybe I'll just have to wait for an Extreme Bull RS.

@Wrong Way! Good first impression and riding footage. After seeing the tear down and shell quality I wasn't impressed, but this looks like an impressive touring wheel for my purpose, now. It would be great to see a second teardown to find out whether snow/water seeps in, bearings hold up and if the battery packs are well protected after a while in rough condition riding. I'm finding snow with icy 3" deep foot tracks is the hardest to ride on. That and pure flat ice. 5" deep powder was great! Have to watch out for melted road slush. That's similar to mud.

Hi! Amazing video, I like the new format!!! I have a question or recommendation - Is there a way to broadcast the BEEPS to headphones? Attached to phone or Bluetooth? I have problems hearing the beeps with the helmet on, and in this case the bees are a barely heareable.. this could solve the problem. I already had a cutout in my TeslaV2 in a noisy place where I couldn't hear the sound of the euc.

I was afraid to watch this review but man...YUM. It appears to edge out the sherman v1 in all of areas for sure where rideabity is concerned minus speed. I'm pretty sure you won't have the same experience with the speed version....Great run down

Good video ! the cst of the commander Is also more flexible than the kenda of the Sherman, it helps in the snow, on the other hand the cst is too flexible in summer by 40 ° c it makes the turns difficult

It looks like the industry is finally maturing. Great news that it has better software. It will be nice if it is offered as an upgrade for other machines, but I will not hold my breath.

Awesome, great information and show of how the wheel performs in the conditions. As the knobbies of the tyre is wider apart did you feel it has less grip when turning? Is also looked like it had enough clearance around the wheel well to clear mud and stuff out.

What would you recommend for long-distance road riding: Extreme Bull Commander HT or Veteran Sherman Max? High Torque version is more preferable in comparison to High Speed as you can enjoy feelings of insane acceleration. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Does the commander come with the same tire as the hero ? Seems tire brand, compound, thread cut are very important considerations. If so, Rider ability, pedal height, temperature, rim width, rim diameter play important factors in control of the wheel behaviour characteristics.

Nice vid, regarding the comparison to VS and tramlining, I think that's about the tire and not the wheel to be fair since the tire will be causing different behaviours like that not motor controlboard or batteries.

Actually it’s both tire tread (CST has bigger distance between knobs) and how wide the rim is. The wider the rim the more train tracking. Also works in accordance with tire diameter. The bigger diameter reduces that effect

I have mixed feelings as it ticks all the right boxes for me in terms of range, torque, stability while on the other hand it has this cheap plastic and build quality issues and no IP rating, plus it is a begode with known history problems. I think that either the Bull commander, Sherman Max or King Song S20 will be my first wheel.

It depends on tire but also width of the rim.

Yeah with the 60mm rim on the Sherman V2, it makes some tires which are usually not prone to train-track have some. On the CST C6004 (my favorite on Sherman) there is no train-tracking tho despite the wide rim, so it depends on a lot. On the Michelin City Pro 80/90, the amount of train-tracking was ridiculously high, Z10-like.

Just bought a Commander HT with only 36 miles, upgraded headlight, upgraded fans, Clark pedals, and Splyce Guard cage for extremely cheap. My only other wheel experience is on both HT and HS versions of the RS19. I love the Commander so far. Everyone asks why I don't get the Commander Pro or Mini....for now, I will buy people's barely used wheels for a big discount.
