Okay I think I have some reason to believe that this is possibly the re-broadcast of Caretaker, from a few hours later. Namely, the lack of the voice-over on the beginning bumper. All the other UPN launch videos that also include the star trek scroll have the voice-over there.

Was WSBK Channel 38 Boston owned by Chris Craft or the Paramount Station Group? I knew back in my heyday, the channel was UPN 38 at the time, and not sure what station group owned and operated by.
