Not even always landlords, there have been cases of people deployed coming home to have criminal squatters in their home they have worked all their lives to purchase, how about inheriting a home form a passed away person only to find squatters taken up residency...

They're in Georgia, the scam capital of the country. The tenants are victims just as well. Its literally so easy all you have to do is find empty or, houses for sale/rent online & create fake leases & viewings by breaking in to show the house. Its so crazy how everyone has turned to scamming literally.

This law was needed but there will possibly be "reverse" implictions against the actual homeowner unless this law was written with absolute protection to the actual home owner.

This is why I dont invest my money to own real estate. Owners have no rights and have to deal with this ish with money coming out of their pockets. How in the hell can the law accept this and then cause you to spend money and go to court to deal with a matter with the property that you legally own and have paid for.
