Burnout isn't the problem, it's a symptom of the problem. The cause of burnout is our work culture. Imagine if an illness was sweeping the country and no one ever talked about why it's spreading and how to stop it, we all just treated it as a disease we'd inevitably get and came up with coping strategies for it.

It's weird because I am a part-time employee where I only work 6 hours a week at my own job-site but it will leave me feeling drained the entire-day afterward, if not the following-days as well in-spite of that. There are some obvious-symptoms like I can't get myself to write a novel or Graphic-Novel I wanna do. I just have this feeling that I will never get successful at KZbin or writing among other-things. I also have a sense of hopelessness that I will never get to quit my job at my job-site as well. Last but not least I also feel grumpy and irritable about the fact that I have to work my job just to cover living-expenses as well. Those I believe are telltale-signs of job-burnout that I should not ignore. This is why I am gonna talk about this with my personal-psychiatrist and therapist next-time we meet.

Disney fired Pewdiepie, correct? So why attack WSJ, one of the many news outlets that reported the story in roughly the same way? The issue with overworking in the workplace is real, mature and serious issue. Overworking is even worse in Japan. There is actually a term for people literally working themselves to death, Karoshi. Also I want to commend you for you loyalty to Pewdiepie and commitment to your perceived injustice but your protest seems to be quite ineffectual.

Well guess what, not getting a burnout is easier, if you don't have to deal with the consequences of publicly spreading lies about the most popular personality on the internet. You should maybe try it.
