What a couple of class acts. The most incredible thing about these guys is that the creative output at forty years in is better than the stuff they were doing twenty years ago! That is the mark of real artists - always growing. Thank you Canada for RUSH!

Rush are amazing artists and musicians who continue to evolve with a youthful spirit. They have remained humble and self-deprecating when confronted with their obvious talent and success. That's kinda rare, and that's why Rush has a large and loyal fan base.

That's for sure-- I happen to be a lifelong huge fan-- one of "those" guys :) -- but if you listen to their interviews over the years, the sincerity and humility is what really shines through. They taught how to excel at what I do in life without apology and to do so with gratitude and humility. A true rarity in this damaged culture of narcissism! I love you guys, MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think you could find a more down to earth band, given the level of success they've had. 24 consecutive gold albums, and they never give their fans a bad show. Class act.

Rush is and have been so much better and beyond the rock hall of popularity it's a slap in the face for them to even offer anymore. You Gentlemen are in a legue of your own! and that's why fans like me have followed you for over 30+ years, because you didn't sell out in your begining years. Thank you!

Exactly! At the very least, people will have to acknowledge and respect for what they've been doing for nearly 40 years. There are not many bands and artists who have the talent, work ethic, and flexibility that Rush has over the years. These guys have done it all, seen many ups and downs, and can pretty much do whatever they want at this point.

They obviously recognized that most all of the acts that had been let in were worthless tripe compared to the actually great musicians and bands that had been kept out, and the RRHOF was a joke. Rush fans essentially stormed the castle, knocked down the idiots in the way, got Rush in, and by doing so cleared the path for some other recognition overdue such as Yes and Deep Purple. The Rush fans dominated the night of the tribute show like no other fans ever had before or ever will again.

I became a Rush fan around my freshman year of HS, so '88 or '89. It's so amazing to me as I watch Rush become "classic." I good-naturedly put up with all kinds of teasing for over 2 decades.... and it was all worth it! Even the haterzz respect my boys now!! MOOAAAAAhahahahaaaaaaa

Love em or hate em..Rush are the muscians ..muscians. Talented, true and for the love of music, not money. Rush has survived for over 30 years not on the critics pen but the fans, For the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME..now I will visit. Rush Finally will be inducted. Nuff Said!
