Maybe the focus should be more on men getting mental health help when they need it so that they don't end up trying to wipe out entire families. We always focus on how the woman needs to be better, think better, act faster. What we need to focus on is making it so the men who eventually end up in people's lives don't do this shit. The whole issue needs to be solved at the root, and the root is men with terrible mental/behavioral/emotional issues.

I survived a violent attack in 2014 and I know the feeling of being hyper vigilant and scared all waking and sleeping hours. People would tell me I would cry in my sleep. There is never a normal after a violent tragedy like this, trauma is forever. Alexis is so strong, a survivor. I can’t imagine watching my mother and brother die at the hands of such a horrible, selfish, heartless monster. The part when she said he told her mom he was going to make her kill her own baby girl was horrific and a true nightmare. It was extremely brave and courageous of Alexis to share her story with the world. My heart and prayers go out to Alexis and sweet baby KK. I hope you get the help and support you need to get through this tragedy. I also hope Jermaine gets what’s coming to him and has a HORRENDOUS time in prison. The severly insecurities are not cute like you may think it is . It's not worth your life, children's life, family's life, or best friends life . Wake tf up ! @@LonesomeLounge Honey, I am sorry. Please show it to your mom and let her knots SHE IS LOVED MORE BY YOU AND THE ENTIRE FAMILY THAN WHAT HER "PARTNER" COULD.. Feel her left your live BE ENOUGH, SO YOU AND OR HER NEVER ENDURE THIS. I was 22 when I was going thru the start of a divorce. I married VERY young at 18. Had my son at 19 and my daughter at 21. He was ab4s1ve, was extremely add1ct3d to dr4gs, and he never worked..I had to work 2 jobs and keep a roof over our heads. But, after getting kicked out of every place _I HAD SECURED FOR US_ he would always take my entire check, spend it all on drugs and we Would be kicked out time and time again. After2 years of this and him ab4s1ng me, I was done.1 night he was so h1gh, he kicked our 2yr old Don across the room, and he flew across the room against the wall... THAT WAS IT. I asked my mom to help me but she said talon to a preacher bc it's a sin to divorce. I talked to my pastor and he said.. NO, IT'S NOT A SIN TO LEAVE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOU AND YOUR BABIES....GOD WOULD NOT AND DOES NOT WANT YOU TO LIVE IN DANGER. So, I kicked him out of MY HOUSE. I GOT THAT HOUSE BY WORKING MY BUTT OFF SO HE WAS THE 1 LEAVING. Sadly, I met a 44yr old man who saw my weakness of being single with 2 kids. He manipulated me to think he was going to love me And my kids. So, I started staying with him. After 2 months, I was in the hospital with a broken back. We worked together, right..so, we woke up, went to work together and came home, his place together. At this time I didn't have my own car.. He started being EXTREMELY controlling. He put a recorder on the landline phone so he could listen to every call I was on.. he lived on a hill that was a dead end. There was wooded hills behind his house that was wayyyy deep in the country. He put a camera at the end of the driveway to see if anyone pulled up to get me. I was truly trapped! 1 day we were walking out of the house to go to work and he had smacked me so hard the night before, so I wanted to cover it up. I don't wear make-up for the most part. All that I had was a compact with powder foundation. We were walking out and he told me to out first and I was not paying total attention bc I was looking in my compact mirror to cover my black eye. The next thing I knew after I walked out on the porch was....I went head first down 11 steps. He kicked me in my back do hard m if cracked my tailbone and misaligned my disc's in my spine. The fall busted my head, a few teeth and broke my arm. When it happened THANK GOD the mail lady had been drove up to the house to put mail in the mailbox. She called the police and Ambulance. I don't know my kids and I could've ever gotten away. Before this day, he had gotten a huge, thick package from his ex wife's Lawyer. It was a 300 paged letter detailing the things his ex was putting charges on him for. Mind you, my daughter was only 9 months old..a baby. My son, only 2yrs old, a baby 😢 He had me read it to him bc he couldn't read. As I read it, my entire body went numb at the disgusting details I was reading that he did to her and her 11yr old daughter. S3x4al things to her daughter. I was scared with fear he had done something to 1 of my babies. I needed to escape. But m he lived down a holler, it was 15 minutes by car from the start of the holler to his house. I couldn't walk with 2 babies, 1 who could really walk, and 1 who was barely a good walker.. I am kind of thankful he kicked me bc Idk if we all all would have survived much longer. He was hitting me 20 plus times a day.. he started getting aggressive Wirth my son 😭 he hated him. I could tell he was jealous of him. Please try to get your mama to watch this video and tell her my story, so it encourages her to leave her partner _BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!_ Also, be gentle with her, please understand she doesn't want to live like that, but we often get imprisoned mentally and Idk what happens in our Minds to keep going back to an abuser. We ALL always said we'd never be that girl who would be sith an abuser, until it's too late and it takes something big to wake us up from that inner denial we didn't realize we were in. I will Pray for you, your mama and any siblings that you may have. Pray for the strength your mom needs, mentally and physically to get away. GOD Bless ❤ 🙏🏻 🤲🏻

I don’t know how she’s going to get through this ,but I pray 🙏🏾 that she does. I pray she gets all the help and love she needs to try and recover. This is a testimony that there are some truly evil and despicable people in this world who don’t deserve to be called human. I hope and pray that the animal that committed this crime is truly punished for this despicable ,horrific,and cruel cowardly act. Alexis just know that there are millions praying for you to somehow,and in someway recover from this horrific experience,😢🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I can’t agree as a mother of 4 I would have never had a bum like him stay in my house and subject my kids to this mess in fact the minute she was told by her kids they don’t like him he should’ve been gone but she didn’t do that shit my kids say mama we don’t like him they are finished
@Samanthasmay Жыл бұрын
I cant agree either, why she make her kids go through that and put them in such a dangerous situation. It's an adult's responsbility to protect their kids, she should have known not to pick up some random person off the street. Its common sense that the person could be potentially dangerous.
